Return Process

  Log into your NJS Export account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package the Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned sports equipment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
